It is near impossible to point exactly with the mouse making it unusable for any work needing to point precisely to. It was the cheapest product which may explain how elementary it is.

I was looking to replace my wired mouse/keyboard and the price was right. It comes with 1 AA battery for the mouse, 2 AAA batteries for the keyboard, and the nano receiver. Installation was easy on my Win 7 laptop. It did take a few minutes to load the drivers but after that the mouse/keyboard were recognized. Since there are no indicator lights for NUM LOCK, CAPS LOCK, etc ... on the keyboard, I download a simple program (TrayStatus) which loads in the systray area. You can configure it to show when NUM LOCK, CAPS LOCK and other options are on/off. The mouse is smaller than average. I found that using the Enhance Pointer Precision under Pointer Options of the mouse works best for me. My fingers feel a little cramped after using this mouse but it's not too bad. For the price it's a pretty good item.
I would recommend this to a friend It's not doing what it was bought to do.
