Great for the price. Comes with a 1 year warranty so the replacement plan seems a little silly, however other than that I'm extremely satisfied.

I tried, and I tried, and I tried. New batteries, old batteries, rear USB ports, front USB ports, instruction manual, product website, google. I could not get this thing to work. I'm returning this and investing a bit more.

Easy set up despite having no English directions. Unfortunately, every time we typed an "a" it would add a "k" too. The escape key did not work as intended, it was like typing F6. May have just got a bad unit and decided to exchange for a logitech.

Best Buy sold me this keyboard/mouse combo, but neglected to inform me that it doesn't work with Windows 10. They won't refund my money or offer a newer model, so I'm stuck with this piece of junk and out $20.00. Needless to say, I won't be doing business here anymore.

For the cheap price, this combo set has been amazing for my basic at home computing needs! Small, lightweight, and reliable!

I bought these keyboard and mouse on September 27,2015. At the end of December, 2015 the wheel on a mouse is not working or working properly.

Bought for my husband for his gaming computer. Does the job well.

Product is advertised as being Mac compatible, however it's very quirky when doing so. I had to keep on unplugging the transmitter and moving it around and never really did get a stable connection. After one night I returned it. I'm sure it's a fine setup for PC though.

Decent keyboard for the price, but the number pad all but becomes useless after a month without warning. The mouse also randomly fails to function whenever it wants. Would not buy this set again.

Wow, what a mistake for going cheap. The dongle is at max 3 feet away from and the mouse just lags or is unresponsive. The keyboard does not show if you have any keys locked light up. One of the kickstand popped off and when I tried to put is back on, it snapped. Makes me miss wires...or just spend $30 more and get a better one.

You get what you pay for. It barely works. The keyboard will not work 60% of the time and the mouse only works 20% of the time. I have to sit here and try to move the mouse over and over for it to move two inches across the screen just for it to stop working again. I've bought a 6$ wireless mouse on amazon and it worked better. Id return this if I could. Waste of time and money.

Leaving a lot of issues on the side, the main problem I had was that there wasn't a light to warn you when you have put Caps lock on, so it was annoying specially when putting in passwords. Quality is cheap, keyboard has light action, there are lag issues, overall a terrible buy, I exchanged it and got a wireless Microsoft keyboard and mouse, couldn't be happier now.

Specifically asked sales rep for a low cost wireless mouse/keyboard combination which is windows 10 compatible. The keyboard does not illuminate CAP/NUM lock. The model number on keyboard doesn't exist: NS-PNC6011, Layout of keyboard is horrific. I dont have words to describe how terrible the mouse is. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Disappointed with the product. The mouse icon sticks, I replaced it with a Logitech within two weeks. Advertised as MAC compatible and the keyboard works on my MAC mini but there is no Command key like there is on an Apple keyboard.
