It was then tested on another windows machines & a chromebook but neither device was able to recognize the USB adapter. As a result the mouse is no longer functioning.

The bad thing is that you kinda get what you pay, so I don't feel like I got a good deal. The mouse works but doesn't feel sturdy when you click. You get the same feeling like dining at a table where all the legs are uneven.

Also, the on-off switch is tiny and recessed so it is difficult to access and use not to mention you have a red laser light staring at you while fumbling around trying to find the switch. It was on sale but I would not recommend it at any price.
