But the good thing about BB is the ease with which things can be returned no hastle n problem. Found another one that works great.

Spend the extra few dollars on a better mouse. There's actually a Miscrosoft one for $10 that I've had for a few years and love. I still can't believe the USB that plugs into the computer literally fell apart. My daughter brought the pieces home in a baggie from school (a few months ago). Looks like I got about 6-8 months out of these based on the purchase date. They've been back in school for a while, so they weren't even used that much and the USBs just stayed in the computer. What a waste. Original review: I bought 2 of these for my kids to use for home learning. I loved them at first because they were good enough mouses/mice. They definitely weren't something I'd prefer to use, but they were good enough for my elementary aged girls. They were good until the one mouse's usb port that plugs into the computer got stuck and ultimately fell apart. I had to use tweezers to pull the remnants of the usb out of her laptop. Needless to say the mouse is no longer usable. Luckily, they're back in school full-time, but I'll eventually need to replace the broken one and I definitely won't be purchasing these again.

I like to store the small USB piece inside, but the cover is so impossible to remove that I have to put a rubber band around the mouse to keep that piece inside, & just forget about using the cover. I would've returned & exchanged the mouse, but I had already thrown the box away.
