They did not reduce the background noise and were a little chincee. I returned them to Best Buy with no problem and purchased a pair of Sony headphones which were on sale from $200.00 to $100 00. A great pair for that price. I guess in the long run, *** You Get What You Pay For.***

A few days ago I went to put them on and the plastic piece holding the cup attachment to the headband snapped, dropping out the pin and rendering them unusable. There is no way to repair them when this happens, and with nothing to old the ear cup in position, cannot even be partially used.

I used them once for running and the sides already started scratching up. They are uncomfortable - I wanted to mainly use them as work headphones but they are too uncomfortable to deal with. So, although the price was alright - I would recommend spending $20-$30 more on quality headphones. Just my thoughts.
