Sound isn’t the greatest but for the price they work. If you’re a true audiophile, don’t bother.

These are great noise cancelling headphone. We purchased a pair for each of our children.

Bought this and it broke pretty quickly. It didn’t last. At first we loved it But it broke!!

It was good in the beginning but it started to come apart too easily from the over the ears cushion.

Good headphones, but one ear has a loose wire or something; it goes on and off while in use.

Not the best set of headphones, but get the job done.

Why only 2 yrs. service? I expected a lot More! Rechargeable battery should last longer!

As long as the volume is kept low then it is a decent pair of headphones. Loud volume cracks and degrades.

Product and build quality are not that great but ok if we consider the price.

My hearing isn't what it used to be, so I was mainly looking for a set of headphones for listening to, and hear a TV w/o having to turn the volume up so loud it disturbed others watching at the same time, so I went to Best Buy to use some rewards points I had. I looked at several (expensive) headphones and was reluctant to buy this set when they were on sale for $29.99 at Best Buy, because at that price I thought they would be cheaply made and useless, but decided to give them a try. Was I surprised!! I started out by seeing how they would pair, and I easily synced them with all my compatible devices. When I used the set to make a phone call using the built-in microphone, the person I called said my transmission was very clear, as was the reception on my end. My newest TV (Sony - recently bought from Best Buy) HAS "Blue Tooth" connectivity (something you must have to effectively use this set) and once the TV was paired to the headset, it worked extremely well. I did find that I had to shut off the blue tooth function on my other devices while using the TV, because it had a tendency to "override" and connect to more than one at a time. I intentionally wore them for long periods of time to test them and my satisfaction was far beyond my expectations. They were quite comfortable (not too tight) and the sound quality was very good. I don't usually wear headphones longer than 2-3 hours at a time, and don't charge these after every use, but I have never had a problem with the length of charge. Overall, I am extremely pleased with these "inexpensive" Insignia Headphones and would recommend them to anyone who wants a good set at a reasonable price. Give them a try and if you don't like them, Best Buy will take them back w/o question within 14 days!

It is a good headset for the sale price. Only complaint is that there is a constant hum in the background

Allows back ground noise penetration easily. But when not needing noise cancellation works fine

Great head phones but break very easy in the same spot. We have gone threw 4 pairs

the soun quality is pretty good, but other comparable headphones have better sound.

They were good until I worked out and sweat too much sound just stopped working

It's hit and miss while using for my TV's, for everything else I have no issues.

Great unit for guess and secondary player, non noice cancelling, but in coming call feature works.

Have trouble with the on and off button I have had better not happy with them
