This was the one that, for me, did not have a good mic. The other person had a hard time hearing me. They have been returned.

They weren't comfortable for my head. That's just a difference. I wouldn't knock them too much for that. It might work for others. The second though is not as good. The audio level or volume went from almost inaudible to uncomfortably loud in one notch towards the bottom of the range. I tried with multiple devices and same issue. I didn't bother to try a different headset since the comfort wasn't there for me anyway.

Hold X seconds on hold for x +/- seconds for off. Neither one very effective. Hard wired the sound was kind of tinny. Luckily they got replaced by a Christmas present. Best Buy was very good about making a refund upon return.
