    Nothing but problems!

    From day one I have had constant connectivity issues. My other Bluetooth headphones connect without issue so my computer is not the problem. Then, when they do eventually work, they produce a popping sound after my computer starts up from sleep mode. A system restart is needed to fix that. Only good thing is they are pretty comfortable for the price. Otherwise very disappointing.

    I bought a pair for my wife based on the reviews but then all-of-a-sudden...dead. When I spoke to someone at a BestBuy store I was told that you can't leave them charging overnight. That will damage the battery. (Not in the instructions. That would be important to mention.) So I searched this problem and indeed there are MANY people experiencing this. I also didn't know that this isn't a major brand. It is a BestBuy brand. I like BestBuy...but this is not a good item.

    Worked once with the blue tooth connection then wouldn’t connect to the “hub” thing again. We ended up returning as it was a waste of money.

    Bought these for a plane ride and stored them until they were needed for my schoolteacher wife zoom schooling during the pandemic. After only a couple dozen times being used total, the charging port (micro USB) broke and these will no longer charge. This is an adult household and we treat our electronics gently.

    could NOT get them to ":Talk" to my tv would Not work Three friends also tried ..negative results. RETURNED THEM & BOUGHT SONY., which was great. ..PS: I also tried a blue tooth enabler.with your insignia Bluetooth headphones....no good ...followed directions. charged everything overnight. nothing worked....I NEED HEADPHONES AS I AM HARD OF HEARING....DISH TECH COULD NOT GET THEM TO WORK EITHER......!!!!!!!!!

    These headphones were advertised to be capable with working on ANY BLUETOOTH CAPABLE UNIT. After researching Insignia products I come to find out that it will only pair with a Cell Phone, MP3 player, windows computer and Macintosh Computer. It will not pair with a stereo system. I bought them so I could listen to my stereo which is included in the advertising as "any" Bluetooth Device. I will be returning these on 7/5/2018 as they d not fill their purpose.

    Not only the volume is very low, but the sound is so so bad. is incredibly bad

    I purchased these for my mom, but she says they are heavy and push on her glasses. She is not usually a complainer.

    2 Pair, Both Dead

    Bought a pair for my son's iPad, lasted 6 months or so and won't connect or even power on. Just bought a second set 2 weeks ago and worked fine out of box. Threw away packaging and 2 weeks after purchase, they are dwad as well. And Best Buy needs original packaging for returns but we just threw them away. They were great while they worked but very unreliable in our experience

    Even though is a bluetooth headset does not include a wireless adapter. Not going to work with gaming consoles.
