Cons: Not good for phone calls. When I talk I sound far away and echoey/like I’m in a bathroom. And any imperfection on the other persons end is very prominent (compared to wired earbuds). And they pick up a lot of background noise; If a fan or air conditioner is on while talking to someone they will be able to hear it, if a tv is on they can very clearly hear what is being said on the tv. Because the padding on the headband is very thin the vibration of my skull from my voice Makes the headband vibrate which causes an eeeeeeeeee sound in the earpieces. Pros: Music sounded good, nice and clear. They’re comfortable and easy to use. When I turned them on they quickly connected to my iPhone7. Great range too. I left my phone in the back of the house, walked out front and the audio did not break up until I was 38 feet from my phone. I returned them.

I’ve had these for at least 5 years and they are still my favorite headphones. Insignia should make more headphones. I’ve had a lot of headphones and these are the best.

Got these for my husband and despite other reviews that said these were not comfortable, he said these are very comfortable and have just the right amount of padding. He also tested the 33-foot range and said these headphones definitely meet that range, maybe a little more. No complaints here - we're very happy with the headphones, especially at such an affordable price!

easy connection, simple operation. For $40 i had a certain (lack of) expectation of sound, but for me i was just looking for something for my 9 year old, she doesnt need anything fancy (i have the bose qc35s), but the audio quality was so much better than i expected. Build quality is ok. Looks pretty sleek. Not sure about the battery yet. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased these headphones to watch movies on my smart tv during the late night hours, so that I would not have to worry about the tv sound disturbing everyone else in the house . These headphones are very simple to pair with the Bluetooth device on my smart tv, and have good sound quality. They are easy to adjust and are comfortable to wear.

These headphones are really light and have great sound. Not bad for $40.

I was shocked by how much I liked the audio quality. There's a sweet spot in the unit's own amplifcation when connected by bluetooth. Above that spot, which is about halfway up, the audio degrades quickly. The bass gets boomy, the mids get gravelly, the highs get lost. Graduating down from the sweet spot, the clarity gets better but of course your volume will be capped off. If you connect the 3.5 stereo jack (included) you will bypass this internal equalization -- which resulted in a balance that I greatly preferred and a stronger musical performance through all comfortable decibel levels. They were even better after letting them break-in for a while. UNFORTUNATELY...wow, wow, wow do these things HURT my ears. There is an incredible, ridiculous amount of pinch exerting itself across an almost comical lack of padding. This sinister cocktail of too much and too little conjures up an unmitigable bear clasp that forces my ears to make contact with the speaker grills after a very brief period (minutes) of foam compression (note: I have very small ears and a medium-small hat size). Before long the pain is throbbing, it is radiating from every external part of my ear other than the lobe, and the unit has created an ache that will last for dozens of hours beyond the listening session. So...30 minutes with these cans can be nearly sublime, maybe longer for you. For me, though, the hulk smash effect has proven to be cumulative. I can't even put them on now. They bring me instant agony. Embarrassingly, I also bought them as a gift for a friend. Going to return mine. Perhaps these are a nice idea for a child or someone with zero ear compression sensitivity. At regular price, the build quality is lacking. The acoustic "mechanical pong" of the cheap menu buttons, in my opinion, are at borderline unsafe levels. Maybe it's a one-off with mine, but if not, I hope that will be addressed by the manufacturer. Overall, I truly say too bad...what a shame. Nice sound that didn't fatigue my eardrums paired, diabolically, to a medieval torture device.

Great headphones for the price. Unfortunately, Bestbuy no longer sells them. After 3 years my headphones are still working.

The sound and price are great. Beyond great. But the box does say it includes a 3.5mm audio cable, if you don't want to/can't use the Bluetooth. Mine did not include the cable, and other reviews have said their box didn't include instructions. So check packaging, but otherwise good.

Picked up these and a bluetooth transmitter so I can listen to vinyl and sound great. Connected very quickly ( I still have to read the directions). The only complaint is they require a lighting cord charger (not included) to plug in a outlet. Need to pickup some extras.

I bought these in July of 2019 and as of May 2021 they are still my daily drivers and they work and sound great! They have good bass, clear vocals, and are good all-rounders. Totally recommend for the price.

These Bluetooth wireless headphones are a pretty good deal for 29.99 compared to Bose & beats which are sometimes 10X the price of these. You also get more like 15 hours per charge and 40 feet distance. The only thing is they don't come with a case.

These headphones have a great value for the price.

Don't let the fact that they are the low level of the house brand fool you. These have probably the best sound of most of the headphones I've bought at almost twice the regular price. At this writing, they are on sale. Grab 'em!

I bought these cause I need a cheap set for work. I was expecting really cheap sound with not much low end. To my surprise, these have really solid bass! I record music and professional voice over, and these definitely have great audio quality. These also have some noise cancelling properties based on design that isn't mentioned anywhere. It's not sound based noise cancelling, but it definitely blocks outside sound out. As a test for these headphones, to see what the bass can do, try the song "No Name" by NF. Tones in this song are hard for cheap headphones to make, and this set actually produces them. This set wouldn't be considered "cheap." Very happy with the sound quality here.

I had low expectations for these headphones but the sound quality is amazing. The noise cancellation is great. You can hear highs and lows. It was a great purchase for me

The headphones won't win any rewards or anything but for the price point they are great. When balancing price and functionality this headphones are the way to go.

Good for the price. Comfortable and sound is not bad. Get these if you're on a budget.

It is worth every penny u spend on this product. I absolutely love it and planning to purchase one morenwhen it goes on sale again.
