This remote allows me the freedom to not have to be standing behind my camera for every picture. This was especially helpful with shooting at longer zoom lengths, eliminating camera shake from pressing the button.

Plain and Simple, it does what it says. Take pictures with this remote to either being in the portrait with everyone or to get a sturdy crisp shot by not having to press the shutter button and shack the camera. Worth the price

This is for canon I have a Nikon, needless to say it was user error. LOL Wish the staff would have been able to tell me it wouldn't work seeing as though we had a 10 minute discussion on it and other features of my Nikon.

A nice sized inexpensive alternative to the OEM remote. Only complaint is the range in bright daylight seemed a bit short. Then again, OEM remote might have the same issue.

This, Wireless Remote Shutter Control for Canon was very responsive and worked well in remotely taking photos from afar. Be sure to enable the infrared sensor mode on the canon camera in order for this to work.

I purchased this to be a remote for my camera. The salesperson stated that this would work with my camera, It did not. Part my fault for not reading the product information and part the salesperson for not knowing the product.

We set up our camera on a tripod and turn on a 2 secnd timer. This remote has great range so we can turn on the timer and have enough time to hide it.

This remote works fine for my Canon T6i/750D. I haven't had any issues yet. I've only used it a few times for self-portraits. Looking forward to seeing how it handles long-exposure.

This remote control works well when we go on trips. I do not take a tripod because of the size. So I lean against a solid object and use the remote thus reducing motion and blur.

Not sure why, but sometimes I have to press it hard, a few times, etc to get it to work. And this is not the fault of the remote, but the camera needs better options for remote usage also.

The release worked on my canon d5 mark iii but the range is not very far at all. My 135 lens was too much for it to reach.
