Got this as a gift for my neice and nephews. Now i want one for myself.

Had to use their app to take the photos. Not satisfied with the purchase.

Good a little complicated to get used to and would be nice if it extended out a bit longer

It doesn't work with androids the way it would with apple. I use an S22 Ultra, and it keeps getting disconnected every couple of minutes. Also, the phone is too big for it to tilt completely or take 360 pano pictures. I can't control the phones camera app, only works with the insta360 camera app. Definitely not worth the price.

It’s ok. There are cheaper brands that do better. Not worth the price when there’s cheaper alternatives.

I bought the Instaflow 360 to take on a trip since it would be easier to pack than my DJI RS3 mini. I decided on the Instaflow over a comparable DJI phone gimbal mainly because I knew that I would have app support for my Android phone. The tracking features are great, and I had a blast using the time lapse modes. The size made it easy to fold and carry in a crossbody bag along with several items I needed on a daily basis. What keeps the Instaflow 360 from getting five stars is the lackluster image quality from the native app, and the general limitations it exhibits as a gimbal. The video quality from the app was noisy as if the ISO was always cranked up, and did not come out as smooth as I hoped. Android phones apparently do not get control over shutter speed in the app. Also, the stabilizer portion of this was very limited in its range of motion, often making it difficult getting the footage I wanted to appear in frame. It took some getting used to, but I made it work. In the end, I used the phone's native camera app for most of my footage of the trip, as well as another 3rd party app that gave more granular control over things like shutter speed, ISO, and white balance. It was fun using the Instaflow 360, and the size made it a great travel companion. Overall, there were just too many quirks I needed to get used to for me to be able to give it five stars. But it will be in my bag the next time I take a trip.

The item does not work properly. I have fully charged it and the lights do not turn on. The exchange process with the manufacturer is extremely tedious and makes me just want to toss the item and called it a loss. Very disappointed.

It was kind of hard to navigate, I’d try to take pictures and it kept moving. Ended up returning it

Not user friendly and the tripod feet is very flimsy. Returned.

Piece of junk I think. It made taking a selfie a lot harder. Couldn’t adjust the frame for the picture. Returned after 30 mins of trying to make it work.

Product does not track and follow faces or rotate automatically as advertised. I would not recommend. Best buy would not let me return it either. Waste of money and time.
