I’m pretty impressed with this little gimbal. I’m not a professional content creator but like to make videos for my own amusement and this has upped my video game. The basic features are easy to use and get the hang of. The app has been working quite well (iPhone) and the AI tracking is VERY impressive.

Overall this gimbal is amazing, the ease if use and the insta software for ai tracking is better than my DJI gimbal. You cant go wrong with this one. Best in class for the money.

A solid product. AI is quick and responsive. The the physical features are nice with the ability to extend, become a tripod, bend, and attach to a larger tripod. Wish it came in black cause this light grey is just going to look dirty and pretty quickly. AI interface is a little too complicated to quickly get what you're looking for in order to capture your shot. The magnetic clip is nice and stong. Needs to be more versatile to accommodate larger phones with thick cases. All in all a happy purchase.

The only thing that isn't amazing about this, is being limited to using their app if you want tracking. The hard work quality is quite a bit better than most of the other competing products, but I bought one gimbal off of tick tock that although worse in quality, has a built-in camera allowing tracking features even without using the app. I like to use some of the features in my default phone recording app so sometimes it's nice to be able to switch over to bed since Android on most phones does not support 60fps on non-native apps

I really like this gimbal. It's easy to use for the most part and the motors are strong. The only thing I don't like is the touch scroll for the modes. It's finnicky and sometimes doesn't work. I especially like that when you twist it into place that it turns on and the tracking of people. It doesn't lose the person if they go out of view and then back in. It picks up the correct person and starts tracking again. It's also small and very portable. I still give this a 5 star because the touch scroll isn't a huge issue.

a really awesome product as long as your phones volume or power buttons are not located halfway up the side of your phone. other than that it has really amazing features. However using the pixel 7 the app claimed the phone was too hot for it to function at full capability. specifically object/tracking functionality.

So I recently got my hands on this 360 iPhone gimbal mount, and I can already tell it's packed with potential... that I haven't fully unlocked yet. I've only used it a few times, and so far, it hasn’t let me down—though it’s clear the gimbal is way smarter than I am right now. Every time I turn it on, it’s like trying to talk to someone in a foreign language: I think I’m asking for a smooth pan, but the gimbal’s response is more like, “Did you mean a surprise 360-degree spin?” It's definitely a fun game of "guess what this button does." I might be leaving this review a bit prematurely, but hey, at least it hasn’t made me seasick with shaky footage! Once I figure out all the features and maybe take a crash course in Gimbal 101, I’m sure it’ll be a fantastic tool for capturing some epic shots. Until then, it's a solid device that occasionally has me questioning if it’s secretly training for a robot dance-off.

Initially when I first got the Insta360, it definitely took me a while to get accustomed to it. I watched a YouTube video tutorial to grasps the basics of it and now I carry it with me to every event I attend. It takes smooth videos and the app is very easy to use. Plus the tracking feature is amazing

This product is amazing! The 360 tracking works so well and it’s super user friendly. For someone who is not experienced with this type of item, I found it very easy to use!

Gimbal worked great but even with the AI tracking (which is better than DJI) it still had trouble keeping up with the pace of a sports game. For a vlogger or just stabilizing slower activities it is excellent.

I love this stabilizer for my phone. It's compact and easy to use on the go if traveling. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is due to the ergonomics. It could be more comfortable and I understand that Insta360 was trying to make it as light and compact as possible.

Love the cool features that it comes with very user friendly. Do your research prior to going to the store. Unfortunately I learned the hard way that sales representatives don’t have the knowledge.

First gimbal I have tried and it exceeded my expectations with all the features, the trip and the long battery life!

Really easy to use and looks cute too! But it can get really heavy holding it and it seems like there’s not enough grip. Aside from that, everything’s great. I like the fact that it can charge my phone too!

I watched over 10 reviews on this gimball and everyone of them basically said how great this gimball is. How it has a great software, great battery life, great function buttons and more. Not even one of them said anything about how uncomfortable it is to hold this since the battery is in the arm and not the handle. Center gravity is not in your hand. You will be tired after 5 min.

Great smartphone gimbal stabilizer. When folded it's extremely compact, to the point where it'll fit in a pocket. The app that interfaces with the stabilizer works well and offers a lot of shooting features.

Not only it's easy to use, it's super portable. It fits easily in your pocket when it's folded up. The Insta360 app is great, also. You log right in when you unfold the gimbal, and get right to recording.

InstaFlow360 is my first stabiliser for my mobile, and I already love using it. It gives me professional look to my videos and my video viewers started recognising the difference. Love the Dolly effect, hyper lapse and the ai tracking.. The pan photo with the gesture control feature comes really handy when you want to take a big group picture including you in it.. I think it’s absolutely value for your money. Any budding videographers and vloggers- please use the instaflow 360 and give your videos a personal look..
