Exceeded expectations! I am a content creator and this product has served as a great tool to level up my content. Smooth transitions, pairs well with a tripod and the AI powered lock on feature is unmatched!

1. Ergonomically the handle is short and not comfortable to hold. Hand starts aching while holding it after short time. 2. The buttons are not very intuitive and multiplex functionalities 3. The app doesn’t start automatically when the phone is on cradle 4. Advertisement gets popped up on the app, require to manually close it.

Works like it should and provides very stable footage

Insta360 flow is one of the best handheld phone gimbal I ever had. Very easy to use and easy to pack for traveling. Insta360 flow built in tripod is great for vlogging. Buy this gimbal well worth it.

This device is awesome. I can record and just do all my filming with ease. There are a few things to get use too but after a few uses this was a great buy for me.

Perfect stick to take some great selfies or panorama shots. Also for some quick stabilized videos for social media or for personal collection.

The gimbal is a big step forward from the previous version I owned a few years back. There have been some hiccups: the built in tripod is pretty easily tipped over while the camera is attached, the facial recognition and tracking is... 90% effective but will lose people sometimes without any rhyme or reason, the 'wave to take a selfie' feature is cool and works pretty flawlessly, but that tipsy tripod means a gust of wind could ruin your shot (or shatter your screen as happened to me). Big improvement overall and a great buy that I'm satisfied with overall.

I tried to use it with 4k60 fps but they dont care about android phones they can only do 4k30 fps which is not smooth . The product is nice but it can be betterp

Very easy to use. Very versatile. The included manual is a little lacking (and very small print!). Get the online manual for a better view.

Was disappointed that the main features don't work on an S23 ultra. Won't do the follow me and when I film walking its seems to be a little shaky at times. If there making items that only work properly with an iPhone you should be informed. showed the s23ultra on phones that were compatible with it. But said some features may not work. It shouldn't be may not work, they know, it should be don't work and they should let you know which features don't work. Its deceiving the public to sell items without full features listed that work on your device.

This is my 3rd gimbal over the years. This one is by far the best one. I love the person tracking feature. Makes following a person more professional.

Easy to use. Beginner user friendly. The 360 app has a lot of tutorials you can learn on. overall 10 out of 10
