I really enjoy this smartphone gimbal. I started out on a DJI osmo 6 and found that there were features that were lacking. That's not the case here. If you want to use the enhanced tracking features for this device on another camera app you can! ANDROID USERS You will either need to purchase an AI module, or use the app in background mode. But it WILL allow you to turn on tracking for any app on your phone. Super handy. If your on iPhone it seems to work a little more straight forward. Personally, I'm in love with this gimbal. There hasn't been an angle that I can't reach with this. Other phone gimbals don't quite have the same level of movement. Highly recommend it. The only thing that I will say is a little daunting is trying to remember what the buttons and lights are for, they're not very intuitive in the beginning. PS) Can we acknowledge that the Time lapse menus from the DJI app looks ... Eerily similar. Even has the same UI bug.

There is a pretty good learning curve for using this thing. But once you figure out it out of SO worth it. It works near perfectly when only tracking one person in a stable environment. I bought it with hopes of automatically tracking my kid's soccer matches. It does an okay job at this. I have hopes that it will get app/firmware updates that make it better. I would say it works about 60-75% of the time tracking one player. I have found that tracking the referee works much better (since they are wearing a unique uniform) but this also requires that the ref keep up with the action, so that the camera follows the action. For less than $200, it CANNOT be beat. That's why I give it five stars. Actual performance is somewhere around 4 or 4.5 stars.

I love it. I had a dji osmo that was difficult to use and lacked features. This is perfect for me.

This is my first tripod/gimbal and I think it’s beginner friendly. Just get used to using the buttons and the correct ones to use whenever you’re filming! Can’t wait to use this on my trip.

Needs an internet connection to reach its potential. Unfortunately it was of limited use when filming in a location not accessible by internet. Otherwise a promising gimbal for most uses.

Product is nice so far and only issues I’m seeing is with ability to track on native iPhone cam area app, it doesn’t track well on it where in insta360 app it tracks but sometimes delays, also it doesn’t do 360 barrel roll, not sure on reason

On vacation stayed on wouldn’t power off, now won’t power on ..:in the middle of the Indian Ocean and can’t get no support . Can’t return purchase 8/21 and you only have 14 days to initiate a return

Very cool gimble. There was a little bit of a learning curve for me mainly because I wasn’t familiar with this type of equipment but once I got the hang of using it, it became very easy to use. The insta360 app is also a great place to record into but you can also use the native iPhone camera app as well. I was also using my iPhone with a dji mic and the weight of the receiver did not seem to affect the balance of my phone on the gimble. Also when they say 360° they mean 360°. O would highly recommend this for solo content creation.

Feature rich and works great. The battery life is perfect. I’ve used DJI products also and honestly this is a step up.

I bought this for work and quickly realize that I will use this for personal activities more than work. The learning curve is extremely easy. The app and the Bluetooth connect ability is truly flawless. Hands-down, the best gimbal on the market.

This gimbal has lots of features and a easy to use app which I love. It does takes time to learn how it works exactly but is great for the price.

+Great Ai tracking - limited movement -button layout makes it difficult to know what mode you are in - can't put phone upside down especially with a lens attached I would only recommend for someone shooting basic content

Awesome gimbal. Lots of features. Easy to operate.

It’s an awesome device. It’s my first attempt at video as I’m usually a still photo person. The unit is responsive and does what it says. I can’t make comparisons but stabilization and tracking both work great and intuitively. Only thing I wish it did better was the ability to “more seamlessly” be used with different phones without toggling bluetooth settings in each phone.

One of the best products i ever used it was a great day capturing my daughter at the zoo who wanted to start making vlogs and ended up being one of our best days ever usimg this product!!!

Recently purchased the Insta360 Flow 2 Pro for a vacation and was very impressed. Little learning curve but it's easy to connect and use. Works with the iPhone’s native camera app. Not necessary to use the Insta360 app, but the app does offer some advanced features. Super convenient. Very cool 360-degree photo experience! Easy to use, once you get the feel of it. It extends and the built-in tripod legs hold everything stable. Very fun to use.
