OVERHEATING and shutting off after only 20 minutes in the pod recording! Off the pod that little camera is very convenient and that's the reason for 2 star since it is a great concept but at high resolution of 4k that poor things battery after 15 minutes telling you "Charge me". If you are recording 30 second long clips at every 5 minutes or so then it is a great camera for you possibly. Concept= 5 Star Internal battery capacity = 1 Star Internal memory = 1 Star Overheating issue = 1 Star I returned mine and got a DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro and very happy I did that. DJI OA5Pro is a far superior camera in every way!

Loves it only issue was that it overheated. Plus side is a reallh good size

The versatility of it is nice but the smaller device that attaches off of it is Absolutely horrible battery like.... Lasted 20 min hanging from my hat..... Do not recommend

battery was not working well, it was charged overnight but it wasnt working well, that’s probably why it’s on clearance but very convenient for vlogging

It’s great for its size and the features. Not as durable as I needed and the video isn’t great for fast motion. Really depends on what your using it for

Great camera quality, battery life, and fast charging. Would recommend! Hat clip is super secure, magnets work very well.

Does what other small cams cant, goes where others cant go, its a staple in my every day cary now.

Good camera, keep in mind that before using you need to remove the plastic that is between the camera pod and the actual camera. Nobody mentions that

Could have been great! Unfortunately the little guy over heats every time it’s used. The idea of what it can do is super cute and creative but the reality is that it runs insanely hot and then there’s only internal storage

As of Oct 17, 2024 there is zero fixes for this issue. After a firmware update I receive an error simply trying to` review the videos in the album. I also receive and error trying to update the firmware to what possibly might be the fix. But based on everything I see online about this topic even that is not fixing the issue. I really want to love this camera for its versatility however, I do not recommend getting it until Insta360 address this problem publicly and fixes it. GoPro of DJI Action 5 Pro is my recommendation!!!!

Don't upgrade until insta comes out with an update. You can no longer film vertical video in the horizontal position, this renders the head mount clip absolutely useless. Furthermore, when recording, if you turn the camera, it will switch from vertical to horizontal mid clip. So that means no flips for you action sports peeps. No more cool spinny clips. It's all effed. Hopefully insta 360 will hear our cries. But I have a 400$ paperweight at the moment
