it does not reads memory well. i will exchange it. i didn’t expect that from this camera

The camera is unusable without an 780MB app that only works if you accept Terms of Service giving up rights to your work, agreeing to obey Chinese Law, allowing them to run your credit and profile you… No way, I am going to try and return it after the period as it’s unusable without agreeing to the unacceptable TOS.

Great 360 camera and easy to use. Don't worry about where to point at, just record and edit later. It feels solid construction but lightweight at the same time. Fun to use for a beginner.

Bought this as a Christmas gift, but it wouldn't sync with my husband's Samsung Galaxy phone. He's pretty tech friendly, so after hours of trying several workarounds, we returned it.

I like that you can record sound directly into the canera and it has an underwater case that makes filming underwater awsome, and the app is amazing!

Opened the box, charged it, powered it up, and it locked up repeatedly. I actually tried it ten times with two different memory cards. Could not even get to the setup menu. Kind of a waste of my time...returned it the same day.

This is the older gentleman. It’s cheaper but for the value it’s too expensive

Do not buy this if you actually want to record anything. This "action camera" shuts down on random occasions. Tried even using it as a dash cam and 2 minutes in this thing would just shut off and the supposedly 2 minute clip it recorded says the file is corrupt, this is is worthless.

Very confusing! The touch screen is very difficult to navigate. Had issues connecting via blue tooth to my ipad. The app is so confusing, was never able to find "shot lab" to do all the cool effects this camera is supposedly capable of. I will stick to my gopro max and return this item.

Tech support has been the worst to get a hold of, broke after 2 uses

The image quality isn’t that great for anything but 360. Get the x3 instead which is improved.

Produces great footage and is easy to use. Very portable and high quality images are the result.

Best one of the bunch especially with the app for quick edits and post on social media. To bad I can’t add video, but check YouTube for awesome videos. Make sure you get the bullet time package also.

Awful costumer support; they take days to response to troubleshooting inquires. Camera not close to the best quality within its class

Software, touchscreen, menu, PC and IOS complete waste of time. While the camera hardware maybe decent, except for buttons that feel hard, and give no feedback the operating software is a complete junk. Whatever your settings are such as what to do when camera is using USB...say react to "desktop" that setting will be reset every time you turn the camera on. And when trying to set it back again, the camera will then shut off on you after you navigate through this horrible touch screen swipe screens. Then once you have the photos, by the time you share download them onto your computer it will be forever. No way to add/share to any popular albums neither such as google photos or other. IOS apps, are plenty and only few connect via wifi, then it takes forever to download each photo and again no way to share or add to popular online photo storage. Terrible screen, terrible menu, terrible PC software, terrible apps. Decent camera if you are a really, really patient person.

All the money i payed for this item why wouldn’t it come with the 360 stick to hold it I’m a photographer and giving my customers something to hold while using would of been nice and for almost 500
