I’m still learn to edit the files through the free software so the finished product will only get better with experience. I would defintly recommend to anyone looking for a 360 camera.

Stopped Working after a month

It just clicks and the blue light blinks. The camera wasn’t dropped or abused in any way. Great image, not dependable.

Warranty claims take forever

When you submit a claim, they want you to resolve the issue online, answering 100 questions, running 1000 tests, recording videos to show how the camera is and simply don't resolve the issue. A bunch of emails back and forth and NOTHING. They think it is better because it would take longer if I mailed the product for them to test and resolve. Really? The way they are trying to do isn't pratical either, and the warranty time is running out.
