The insta 360 X4 is such an iconic camera. The footage i am able to capture on it is magnificent. I 100% would recommend this camera to my everyone! I enjoy every thing the camera has to offer and im so satisfied with my purchase!!! :)

I had an x2, an x3 and now an x4 - the changes between the versions are minimal. The 8k quality is far from impressive. Having said that I absolutely recommend this camera, reframing is a delight and the ability to look around all of your footage in a 360 world is worth the price of admission. If you have an Insta360 x3 then the upgrade to the x4 probably isn't worth it. But if you're just dipping your toes into the world of 360 cameras you're in for a delight!

The product was defective. It did not take any charge. It also overheated during charging.

In comparison to heavyweights like the GoPro Hero 12 or DJI Osmo Action, the quality doesn't quite match up. When the need arises for standard action shots, the clarity and smoothness provided by these rivals still reign supreme. That said, as a dedicated 360 camera, it shines. Whether you're capturing breathtaking landscapes or immersive experiences, its performance is commendable. Just bear in mind that if you require top-notch quality for traditional action shots, you might want to look elsewhere.

Great camera. Used it recently to our trip to Japan. If you only have one camera to bring-this would be the one.

Fun simple camera, to take anywhere since its so portable. Camera quality and mic are good as well.

Both picture and video are very clear. However, picture and video in there can't rotate like smart phone.

Great for motorcycle shots which is why I mainly purchased it but it’s an overall great camera, has decent noise reduction at high winds and very crisp imaging right out the box. App makes it so much more fun especially with subject tracking.

The Insta 360 x 4 is just amazing! I love taking 360 degree hiking videos for my Explore MO•AR page and it just does an excellent job! And then the free app to do modifications, just perfect!

The camera is exceptional, I had no doubts because I had researched about it. What did impress me was how efficient Best Buy was. It’s my first time buying online and I was outside the US. However I had a friend pickup the product. The communication and their security guidelines were sooo good. I was nervous at first, making the purchase, but they made me feel safe keeping me updated at all times. I would definitely buy again, no doubts no doubts✨
