I previously had the x3, the x5 destroys it in every way. Battery like is absolutely amazing. Video is crystal clear. Charging time dramatically reduced.

This is the most advanced action cam ive used, prior to this i had the insta360 ONE RS which was a great camera but a bit bulky for my needs. I use this camera for watersports, fishing and travel and its done well it all of those conditions. Easy to clean salt water off of. Video quality is amazing however the insta360 studio tales a bit getting used to. Overall best video camera i have.

Grwat camera stabilization is great films underwater and the ai editing is great alot of things you can do with the app easy to use

I use mine for motorcycle riding. Love the new and improved low light mode, and the stabilization increased drastically from the X4 to the X5. Thanks, Insta360!

Great camera. Great quality images. Replaceable lenses and filters are great to have and an improvement over my X3. Well made with great 3rd party accessories available. I added a SmallRig protective frame for extra protection.

This camera is very impressive. This is one of those cameras where you say to yourself... Ok, this is the version of the camera I have been waiting for. The image quality is the best in class, and the low-light capabilities are amazing for what it is. This is the first 360 camera with usable low-light footage. I use it in my Real Estate photography business and have n regrets buying it. The real buying decision for me was the replaceable lenses

Im having trouble with the editing program. Other than that its great. Used for motorcycle riding. Has so many features, the quick key button is customizable. The night feature works great. Lowest recodring is 4k except for certain modes. Battery life seems to be short. Careful some modes will heat up the camera.

I got the X5 because it has replacable lenses - which are feagil if your capturing 500+ photos in a shoot, your likely to hit on something, so the X5 really shines here. Its like double as fast to start the walks than the X4

having the x4, was only right i purchased the x5. this isn't much of a big difference but the low light is.

I had the x4, bought the x5 and did a lot of side by side videos... gotta say, x5 is better. Worth it to go from x4 to x5? I would say no unless you really need some x5 features. Biggest upgrade for me is the light capture, x5 is just much better at low light environments. The fast battery charge is nice also, i always carry 2 batteries with me, charging to 80% in about 25 mins is great. The visual layout changes in the app does not bother me like a few people did. I find it to work fine.

Insta 360 X5 was definitely one of the best purchases I've made. We use it on our sport bikes and hiking adventures. So easy to use and the software app for editing on our phones is seamless. Very well thought out product! Very pleased.
