    Ordered (2) of these, received (2) different order numbers. Was able to successfully redeem only one, on second one received an error that they couldn't find anything using the Order number and email. So this ended up being a buy two get one

    I was not careful enough and did not realize best buy still had a very old email address for me. I cannot retrieve the gift card code and they absolutely will not help or reissue so i lost the money. Ofcourse ALL calls are now overseas. I asked the in store employees and they said everything is outsourced!

    Best buy is great but Instacart took my gift cards and didn't let me login to the account so recommend best buy but not this product.

    First time using instacart and i will never use it again. Submitted my order with less than 15 things. Shopper said the store was out of ateast 4 to 5 items ad only offered the more expensive item. Went to the same store the day after and low and behold tgey had all the exact items i wanted

    I purchased this 24 hours ago, they charged my card and STILL haven’t provided me my gift card. I could have had one shipped to me and gotten it quicker.
