GOOD PRICES FOR REMOTE START PLUS INSTALLATION .....

This item has definitely made our mornings better.

I would have liked if the installer would have asked me what time setting I want instead of just going with the default of 12 minutes. But other than that, good job.

Overall, the unit was installed nicely. I like the brand Viper (reputable name). Has a good range listed, but at times it still doesn't go through (even when I'm right near it).

I came the day of my installation and they decided to give the guy a day off when I in fact took the day off from work so I lost money for no reason

My install took 3 almost 4 hours. When the install was done one of my parking lights light on the front and side did not work

I wish it work work from a further distance, when I'm at work I have to actually go out of the bldg. to start car.

I bought a viper remote starter which I love. The installation on the other hand was completely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment at a store which was an hour away. On the day of my appointment, I started my 1 hour trek out to the store. I got about half way to the store and they called me to inform me 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment that they would have to reschedule. The geek squad supervisor was extremely rude. I would not recommend the store which was Saratoga best buy to anyone.

So far remote start works but installer never put in the hood pin this is a key safety feature that came with remote start and prevents the car from cranking over by accident when maintenance is being performed. Probably go to another place to get this service done if needed again.

Product is not working properly. No installers to finish the job.

Truck doors no longer lock, and truck starts 25% of the time. works great in my other car but not so good in my Titan.

Had two remote starters installed and the installer stated that it would take 3-4 hours to complete the installation. Both times the install took 6-7 hours.

Not as good as Toyota system but half the cost. Geek squad took 7 hours to install when store said it would be 2 and servide bay said it would be 3-5

I would love it if it would work all time,but it does not. We have call the geek squade many times and they will not return phone calls.

The installation wasn't correct. It leaves my car radio running and I have to open and close my door to turn it off.

Went in for an install and was concerned when they initially quoted me a price double what I was expecting for needed parts and additional services. Was happy to find out at pickup that those things weren't needed after all and the price was closer to what I originally expected.

My husband is a mechanic and with everything wants it done his way. When there was a problem with it the store was of no help, they wanted us to wait over a month to make an appointment and when asked when we could make the appointment we were told they didn't have a schedule out that far. Needles to say we contacted an authorized dealer to help resolve the problem. If he would have known that we would have never bought this model.

Geek squad was very professional and friendly when installing my remote start. Before I drove off, they explained everything to me and made sure I understood how everything works.
