And thanks to the people in scheduling, who updated me with new date, and then new time info. Installers also called when 30 minutes out.

They finally did it. They didn’t know how to use it and I’m having trouble because it’s complicated.

Scheduled for first appointment in morning. Arrived at 5:30pm. No fault of installers. Their dispatch redefined routine without regard to customer convenience and prior commitment. Installation is flawless

And I was lucky enough that they send us the same guy for all of the installations. And not only was he courteous but informative. And despite that the building was giving him a hard time he was very professional I would definitely recommend the geek squad.
