The job couldn't have been done better. Jim and his partner were professional all the way. They have done two installs for us and if I could ask for them by choice I would. Thanks guys.

Installation was a good price. I would have liked to have use of all my windows, but the sales person misinformed me of what was included. Make sure they come out to assess the situation before the install date. Also, don't plan anything on the install date because they come late.

They did ok until they tapped up the sides of the air conditioner. I could have done that. Just not a professional installation

The worst experience ever with best but. All i got was constant run around from home services, setting up appointments. Each one giving me different information. A true reflection of what was going on, because are asking me to review a product that i did not even receive.

This is my second unit and I could not be happier. LG products in my opinion are the very best!

Installers arrived on time, notified us of arrival time, were knowledable and efficient. They were terrific.

They got here within the allotted time. Did a great job hooking everything up, told me how it worked, left no mess and a few extra bits of insulation.

Can't say enough good things about the Geek Squad. They did a fantastic job removing my old air conditioner & installing the new one. They took great care in hauling the old unit out of my house. I would highly recommend them hands down!

The only complaint I had was that it took 4 air conditioners to get 2 2 were smashed inside the carton Best Buy and their installers handled the problem as good as could be expected. They were here when promised. cleaned up

Installers did a great job installing my window air conditioner. They were patient and thorough. Even downloaded the smart phone remote control app and taught me how to use it.

Installers harried thru whole ordeal. Too fast and just a very quick explanation on how to run. Newer model not like older ones. Disappointed in this feature. Especially since i paid more to have this service

A/C installation is only the very basics. They will only install on vertical windows, slide up and down. Not horizontal. Save the money and do it yourself it’s so easy. I wanted an install on a horizontal sliding window which requires a bracket, board to cover window gap, and an extra set of hands to hold the unit during installation. They refused to do it. Something about voiding the warranty
