The guys from Best Buy arrived right on time, did everything perfect and were super nice. They couldn't be better! Best Buy delivery and installation in NYC is fantastic.

Paid to have air conditioner installed. Was not installed correctly. They sent someone out twice, still not working. Now they want to send me a new air conditioner only after I "uninstall" the broken one and load it up and return to the store. and will have to pay for a new install fee. No thanks. Very disappointed in how this was all handeled.

They were in and out in no time flat. They were professional and courteous.

Disappointed that the unit size did not exactly fit the window as the old unit did. Modifications needed to be made in order to fit the unit. Unfortunately, since it was not sized properly, the installation adjustments were made with whatever materials were available. A couple of old screws were used with one being noticeably rusty. Another screw was floating and not secured. Wished that we had not gone through with the installation as we now have to redo some of the work to make it more presentable.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job in installing with this with my new air conditioner. Swift and smooth service!!

Installed the air conditioner very well. However one of the staff stated the air conditioner had uv lights to clean the air, however that is incorrect information.

This didn't happen. I purchased the air conditioner with the install, and the understanding was that they would be coordinated by Best Buy. I was informed that the air conditioner would be delivered on a Friday and the install would be on that day. The installers arrived late, and then installed the wrong air conditioner. I thankfully checked and caught them on the way out. When they removed the wrong one, they informed me they didn't have my new one. Without any more information, they simply just left. When it was delivered later that day, I had to find a neighbor to help me carry it upstairs. And then had to install it myself.

The vent was broken when they unpacked the unit and were removing the tape. The installers said they would get in touch with best buy to have it fixed.... never happened. Tried calling best buy amd they were not helpful.

Thank goodness I purchased this. No way I could have installed the new a/c unit or removed the old a/c.

This was a "non-standard" install in so far it was installed in the wall and not a window. The guys knew just how to do it and came prepared
