Install didn't happen.

I purchased the air conditioner with the install, and the understanding was that they would be coordinated by Best Buy. I was informed that the air conditioner would be delivered on a Friday and the install would be on that day. The installers arrived late, and then installed the wrong air conditioner. I thankfully checked and caught them on the way out. When they removed the wrong one, they informed me they didn't have my new one. Without any more information, they simply just left. When it was delivered later that day, I had to find a neighbor to help me carry it upstairs. And then had to install it myself.
