Professional and on time did a great job and we're nice people

The installation guy could have been a little more careful when he brought the new refrigerator in my house. He put a small hole in my wall and he also did not tell us that he did it. This really upsets us. The refrigerator itself was installed correctly and works good.

This refrigerator is big and spacious. I love it. Freezer is deep. I got it in black. Same color as the stove I purchased from Best Buy

The crews delivered my refrigerator on time, also sent text message ahead, they did check the safety and the area of the refrigerator location. The only thing is they can’t remove most of the clear protection wrapping film. It left on all the gaps between the door frames and the thermal strips.

Love our Bespoke fridge, especially the water pitcher and the way the ice maker works (in the center of the refrigerator instead of in the door). No mess with the water and ice both inside. Nice and roomy inside. Fits nice and flush - no handles to take up extra space

I totally happy with my purchase of this Whirlpool product so far. I have only had it 1 1/2 months so it's early. I hope it last longer than the few years my last refrigerator lasted, it was a Frigedaire. If I had it a little longer, and it was still fine, I'd give it 5 stars, but it's early

Original fridge came with damage. Accepted the discount for damage on side. Then drip coming off plastic supply line to left door water dispenser. Then failed repair. Then newly delivered fridge. Alls good that ends well.

Very friendly and professional. I had the space empty and ready as they arrived. While in the driveway, they had me confirm the color. A few minutes later they had removed the outer door so nothing would get scratched. Everything got hooked up and a discussion of what I should look for. So easy. I felt confident about my new refrigerator.

Recently purchased a home and have been replacing the appliances. My home has a shallow driveway entry and leads to a steep hill. To compound things i have a custom kitchen with a built in recess for a refrigerator that is elevated from the floor. Despite some initial issues with the first couple of deliveries ultimately Best Buy was able to send a four man team that were able to carry it up the driveway by hand. Heroes. Very professional and quick install otherwise. Thanks!!
