Love our Bespoke fridge, especially the water pitcher and the way the ice maker works (in the center of the refrigerator instead of in the door). No mess with the water and ice both inside. Nice and roomy inside. Fits nice and flush - no handles to take up extra space

Functionally it works great but after only a few months the exterior stainless is warping.

The installation guy could have been a little more careful when he brought the new refrigerator in my house. He put a small hole in my wall and he also did not tell us that he did it. This really upsets us. The refrigerator itself was installed correctly and works good.

Refrigerator is exactly what was needed and service to install was quick and easy.

The overall installation was quick and professional. This refrigerator is so beautiful and it runs very well! My fiance and I love it.

This refrigerator is big and spacious. I love it. Freezer is deep. I got it in black. Same color as the stove I purchased from Best Buy

The crews delivered my refrigerator on time, also sent text message ahead, they did check the safety and the area of the refrigerator location. The only thing is they can’t remove most of the clear protection wrapping film. It left on all the gaps between the door frames and the thermal strips.

We originally bought the 29 cubic foot Bespoke. It was too big and we had to trade it out and Best Buy was awesome in the pickup of the larger one and brining the smaller 23 cubic foot model. Best Buy was great AGAIN

Everything I expected and more. this refrigerator and freezer keeps really good temperatures that are maintain according to settings The fact that you can adjust the shelving to accommodate to items such as wines, cookout, material, etc.

My electrical outlet is just above the refrigerator. The installer, thought the refrigerator cord was too short to reach socket, but he didn’t unwind cord to verify. He said just use an extension cord. I gave installer an extension cord, which they hooked up. Next day I read instructions, which clearly stated, Do Not Use Extension cord. Fortunately, I did unwind refrig cord. It just made it to the socket. An inch shorter cord, I would’ve had a big problem.

The delivery was accurate and the installation better, with preccition and recommendations!!

Original fridge came with damage. Accepted the discount for damage on side. Then drip coming off plastic supply line to left door water dispenser. Then failed repair. Then newly delivered fridge. Alls good that ends well.

I totally happy with my purchase of this Whirlpool product so far. I have only had it 1 1/2 months so it's early. I hope it last longer than the few years my last refrigerator lasted, it was a Frigedaire. If I had it a little longer, and it was still fine, I'd give it 5 stars, but it's early

I love my new refrigerator and the installation was top notch. Men were professional, quick, careful and caring.

Very friendly and professional. I had the space empty and ready as they arrived. While in the driveway, they had me confirm the color. A few minutes later they had removed the outer door so nothing would get scratched. Everything got hooked up and a discussion of what I should look for. So easy. I felt confident about my new refrigerator.

3rd LG refrigerator delivered in 2 weeks. the other 2 had issues. this one may have a cooling issue. I'm not sure why Best Buy sticks with with these lemons. I have LG coming out next week to talk about the cooling issue, The LG ThinQ app does not manage the Convert drawer. What a bummer. I actually changed out 3 refrigerators because the 1st one LG changed out the Model number changed but the documentation was not up dated.

Scheduler called and told me when to expect the delivery. The guys showed up on time, took care of all the packaging, and moved my new freezer into place. They took great care of the unit. The cost was very reasonable. I wouldn't have been able to complete this task easily, myself.
