In too big of a hurry!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not sure what the problem here was but not happy at all with Best Buy delivery/install service. The delivery techs said they were not responsible for installing icemaker and water connection. Although, the impression we were given by sales rep was that install would be done at time of delivery. Delivery techs left packing underneath fridge and fridge unleveled. We removed the packing, leveled the fridge & installed the icemaker ourselves. I expect quality service and hate an unfinished job! When we discussed this with in-store sales, they just said "sorry"!

They just did not want to climb under the house to hook it up. After spending over 7000.00 in one day with Best Buy you would think they would make sure everything is hooked up and running right before they leave. But, we definitely will not be making any more purchases from best buy , P>S Samsung products....BEWARE OF THEM ALL.... THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY
