I wish I could have given negative stars because they didnt deserve the 1 star I had to give.I was totally unhappy with the delivery and installation. The workers who delivered my refrigerator thought it was okay to speak spanish to eachother while in MY HOUSE. I do not speak spanish therefore I had no clue as to what they may have been speaking about. Being a woman and having something delivered to your house is scary enough, let alone to men speaking a fireign language that you dont know what they are saying. They did not hook up the line to the water/ice machine. I had to do that myself after they left. Which was kinda okay with me. I wanted them gone as quick as possible since they thought it was okay to speak in their foreign language leaving me in the dark about what they were saying. I was very uncomfortable and scared. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. These men were representing Best Buy. It was a terrible representation. Best Buy really should hold the 3rd party delivery services they hire to a higher standard. Never will I ever have anything delivered to me again from Best Buy. I was sent a survey about my experience after the item was delivered. I gave this information on my survey, but no one reached back out to me. Best Buy obviously does not care about their customers.

Turns out we can’t get water from My lines to the fridge. But the guy tried!

The installers supplied a new, high quality braided water line and all went well.

The workers never did anything w my item. I paid extra.but my husband had to hook it up.

I'm not really sure what this is reviewing, but I would like to get the points. The delivery guys did hook the new fridge up to our existing water line. They user our old connection and not the new ones that Best Buy had me buy.
