We had them remove the older unit and place it in the garage and then install the new one with water hookup. It could not have taken them more than 20 minutes to do the entire thing, and that included removing the front door to get the old unit out and the new one inside. Very fast and professional. No damage done to anything.

Great machine and quick, easy, and professional intallation

Installation was fast and professional. The installers were kind and courteous. I appreciate it when installers think of not only your property but also the item they are installing. You'd be surprised at how little people can care about your stuff.

Everything about the product we ordered is great. We did have some issues with the delivery. First attempt damaged the product coming out of the truck and the second, successful delivery person didn't help us level the fridge and I had to figure that out on my own. All is good, just could've gone better.

This refrigerator makes a rattling sound when the motor is on. It’s not a quiet hum but, it is a mechanical noise.

The delivery and installation of my refrigerator went very smoothly. Professional installers all the way! Called before arriving which made timing much easier. I would recommend Best Buy as a great place to purchase & receive quality appliances.

It works great. I've only had it a month or so. I have it in garage for extra things like milk, pop and beer. Got super cold at factory setting. It took a couple of days to dial it in. So far, nothing bad to say about it.

Installation was very fast and good We used existing water line that was almost new.

The two gentlemen were courteous and quick in the installation. The unit had to fit in a specific area and they got it installed without issue. The refrigerator did not need water connection so it was just plug-and-play which made the installation easier.

The installation to the Refrigerator/Freezer went pretty smoothly. Two people bought the refrigerator up to my apartment. One person adjusted it to the floor to even out as possible. The rest of the installation was taken care of by my Super from the apartment. Refrigerator is functionally well as of today.

Crew worked hard and did an amazing job of getting the large fridge into place. Disappointed they would not hook up water line. Make sure you have a connector on your water line. They will not install the connector. They will only do ready to screw in line attachment

Guys came and installed our fridges. They did a great job, Cleaned up afterwards and gave me their card to make sure I didn't have any issues. Its been 1.5 years and we have had no issues. I would buy this again

The delivery guy said the refrigerator door couldn't be switch to open in the other direction because I hadn't informed Best Buy when making the purchase. So I skipped that option and have adjusted to the new orientation, which is fine.

The delivery, installation and set-up was completed expertly without a hitch. The refrigerator was delivered to my apartment on the second floor in a building with no elevator - no problem! We also needed the door opening on a specific side - no problem ! Everything was handled beautifully - well worth paying for this service!
