Unhappy with set up fee per nothing to set up

I’m not sure why I paid for set up since nothing was set up, o my delivered. I had to pay for set up in order to get old refrigerator hauled away (for a separate fee).

It’s a basic and necessary part although I highly doubt there was anything wrong with the old one
