It was needed to use on my refrigerator unless you already have tools

I bought waterline kit with my new refrigerator for installation. But the delivery person used my old waterline kit and didn't give me my new one to return. I lost my $29.99. The delivery person took my new waterline kit. Also, the delivery person installed my new refrigerator, but he didn't touch leveling legs. I had to level my refrigerator myself after they left. It was poor installation.

The guys who installed my new French door stainless steel refrigerator did an great job!

I ordered the fridge, and the first time they came to deliver, it was damaged. I had to take a day off of work, and had to reschedule it for another day. The second time, the guys who brought the fridge were unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. I had paid for haul away , but they refused to take the old fridge saying that it was too big to fit through the door. The fridge was the same size as the new one they just installed. While they installed and set up the new refrigerator, I took off the doors of the old one, so they could take it away, and they still refused and left. I had to call and reschedule a third day for pick up of the old fridge with sat in my living room for almost a week. I will say that, the last set of people that came were excellent and did a fantastic job. Overall, I have to miss three days of work to be available all day for something that could have been simply fix the first time around. The delivery guys that came the last time, said that this is very common; some do not want to deliver up a flight of stairs, and so often damage new equipment, or refuse to haul away.

Great guys and very professional who knew what they were doing

I am unable to give this refrigerator a good rating since we had problems with the original appliance within 6 months, the sealed compressor failed. Best Buy however was great willing to make things right, I cannot say the same for Samsung. Best Buy delivered another but the latch on the exterior door was loose causing the seal to fail. The second replacement had a similar issue. This is the 3rd attempt to replace the unit and so far so good. I love the color and the smudge and fingerprint resistance. Samsung is proving to have inadequate quality control. I can not recommend at this time.

My refrigerator came with some scratches on it. I don't care for best buy's delivery system. They refuse to work with the customer. Everything is on their schedule and if you can't meet it, then you have to reschedule.

The connection was simple and the technican took under 10 mins to hook up the entire refrigerator.
