Poor Installer communication

It came the opposite way and the installers would not correct the door stating it wasn't on the work order. Had to reschedule for a week later. Received emails and texts confirm the time for the installers to arrive. They never arrived and had to reschedule a week later.

The Best Buy installer connected the old waterline

We could not find the valve to open the water and the water dispenser is useless at this time. I have to hire a plumber to fix this problem.
