Great service from Geek Squad as always. Explained functions during set-up.

Installation was easy and no problems. I feel it was done correctly and there were no leaks.

The delivery crew installed the water filter, removed everything from inside the fridge except the protective plastic, and connected the water line. They even provided a hose that was needed that had not come with the water line kit I had purchased.

Hate to give these guys a bad review, because they were friendly and polite, and seemed to know what they were doing. But due to delivery truck issues, they were late and in a rush, and our refrigerator ended up being a disaster. The unit seemed out of level, the freezer did not seem to be cooling at all, the water dispenser leaked, and the doors were off balance, but they did not have the correct tools for adjustment. Our hardwood floor ended up scratched. We ended up returning the refrigerator.

Great install team! A pleasure to work with. Arrived on time and were very careful not to dent floors/walls/cabs. etc. when removing the old fridge.

We had the extended warranty on a refrigerator; after numerous problems and repairs, Best Buy exchanged the old one for the same model, but new. Even though the price had gone up, they only charged us for a new extended warranty, but delivered and installed for free. Great service and the Ft. Collins appliance manager, David, was extremely helpful and professional.

They were leaving without having unpacked the multiple shelves, but were leaving them in a large pile on the countertop. However, they immediately unpacked them and put them in place when I asked them to. After they left I discovered that the electrical cord was trapped under one of the wheels, but with my sister's help we were able to get it out from under the wheel. Not too easy for 2 elderly women, but we managed. Also after they left I discovered that their truck had left the driveway and driven over some of my plants. To give them the benefit of the doubt, though, it was a pretty large truck.

The old refrig was ready for them to remove it and even had doors off so it would go out without a problem - turns out they wouldn't have had a problem! They removed interior door before bringing in new and with their practiced 2 man strap holds, the whole switch only took about 30 minutes.

The installation was pretty quick and smooth. Team was very nice and understanding!

Works well, looks good! We use this as the fridge in our basement!

I didn't really need installation since the small fridge I ordered (at a great price) didn't have an ice maker, so it really only needed to be plugged in. However, because the driver/delivery person needed to dolly it all the way around the house and down a few stairs, I felt it was only fair to pay a bit extra for "installation." I'm glad I did because the delivery person was super helpful and provided all the information we needed to take care of a minor issue with the fridge (probably from the factory; not even a driver-caused issue).

For an apartment size refrigerator , so far it works just fine , wish it was a bottom freezer in the same dimensions , bottom freezers are better for seniors less bending

Installation was quick - installers had to remove the front door. If my husband hadn’t been there to help I’m not sure they would have been able to do it themselves (ordinary front door). No problems with the actual installation- refrigerator was installed and ready within 1/2 hour.

What an awesome refrigerator. Room for everything. Best Buy delivery and install was very fast and professional.

We very much enjoyed having expert installers handle everything with the delivery of our new refrigerator. They were finished in minutes when it would have taken us much longer and probably would have involved trips to the store to get items we didn’t know we needed!

The installers came on time and well prepared. They exhibited proficient expertise with quick, efficient installation. At the end they concisely explained operational tips and instructions. Very professional!

The 2 guys who did the installation did a great job and they were quick. They had to take the doors off to bring the refrigerator in. They wore safety gear for lifting the refrigerator that I have never seen before. They also had their masks on the whole time due to the corona virus and told me if I didn't have mine on, they weren't allowed to come in. I respect that.

I was under the impression that I had marked for them to take my old unit but when told I was not the delivery guy said they couldn't take an old one anyway but then told me he would take it if I gave him a tip. When I refused he didn't want to move my old done at all. He also DID NOT remove all packing materials before plugging in and told me I had to do that. Part of those materials were UNDER the freezer. He also did not level it. I am 71 and had to "finish off" the delivery.

The product Has worked just fine so far. Unfortunately delivery was delayed a little by the weather but as soon as it was delivered it was installed by two very professional workers. They came in got the job done. They were safe and weird their masks and social distanced appropriately. They were very polite and professional. I was impressed.
