I Wasted Way To Much Time Trying To Get This Done!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To begin with the sales person forgot to add this installation to the sales order, so the people who delivered the fridge/freezer didn't do it since it wasn't part of their instructions. They had the installation kit because the sales person remembered to add that to the invoice, so they just left the kit. I then had to call Best Buy to get this installation rescheduled. When they arrived, they said a part was missing and they couldn't complete the installation. You'd think they would have some spare parts in their van! When I called Best Buy after that they said the part would be mailed to my house and when it arrived I should call to schedule a new appointment. 3 weeks later, still no part. I called AGAIN and was told this time that the installation people "always" have this part in their van and I can schedule a new appointment now. I was lied to at one point in other words. I then scheduled the THIRD appointment and this time they came, installed it and it's finally done. I had to waste so much extra time on such a simple thing that should have been done during the first delivery. Very frustrating experience and a lot of time wasted.

Couldn’t hook up the water

Microwave: Concealed damage to Microwave noted. Looks like the carton had been dropped. Both items were returned with the installation company. Need to have a new Microwave Delivered and installed. Also the Stove Re-Delivered and installed with the proper clearance issues resolved.
