While I love my new refrigerator the install was not as great. They need to realize that these refrigerators are awkward and unwieldly. We were sent two small men who looked like teenagers and they managed to put two large dents in the side of my new spotless refrigerator. The only reason I didn't give this a 1 star review was the discount that was offered to me, I am still waiting on it.

The installers were great in NYC! I got a delivery window the day before, and they called about 10 minutes before arriving. Brought up the freezer and hauled away the old one. Friendly, professional, and easy!

The Geek Squad team was excellent! One member was familiar to us, and both were professional at all times….their expertise was evident! The malfunctioning refrigerator was replaced, and the new one is working beautifully! We are big fans of the Geek Squad!

Delivery took 15 minutes. Set up new attachment for water within a few minutes, works great. Very efficient.

Both guys were very friendly, one of them was banging around my new purchases but didn't damage anything, same guy broke old fridge handle but other guy was able to fix. New Fridge isn't perfectly level so one door closes on own which is annoying but thankfully I can fix it myself

The freezer installation was scheduled at the time of purchase. The installation team arrived as scheduled. They provided guidance on how to provide better access through our sliding door. The old freezer was removed and the new freezer installed without a hitch. We are very pleased wit the service provided.

Best Buy held on to our kitchen appliances due to our house getting ready to move in. When they were ready to deliver they reduced prices on all appliances due to their sale at that time. Saved us another $1000.00 due to our surprise. We were very thankful to Best Buy.

The guys were great and did a really good job. They went over everything. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because they did not turn the ice maker off. Even though it's not hooked up to water it still cycles on.
