Installation so unprofessional

They came to your keep saying they can’t connect you refrigerator because of the pipe not up to code. And I request them to align the refrigerator door. They said they not able to because the product is defective. At the end I done all those by myself. What is the point paying for them

Horrible experience with installation.

Delivery team came on time (the only good thing), they looked at stairway and told me that the fridge won’t fit and they won’t be able to move to a second floor. I took a measurements prior delivery and there was enough space to make it. I showed them that it will fit but they said they won’t do it anyway. I asked can they at least move a refrigerator inside the house and take out my current fridge. They said that they will do it, and while I went upstairs to get a water, they dropped off a fridge in a garage and drove away. I had to hire someone from a Task Rabbit and myself to move it upstairs, which we successfully did with no issues. It’s absolutely atrocious experience for a total tech member which. That not what you expect when you pay early membership.

Not complete installation
