They did not hook it up to the water line
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To be fair to the installers, the shut off value broke and I had to call in a plumber to fix it. He came right away and was working on the problem but they did not want to wait for him to finish. They said it was easy to do and that we and the plumber could do it. They had to get onto another installation job. They wanted me to sign there installation forms stating that everything was installed to my satisfaction and I refused and told them to come back the next day when the Refrigerator was hooked up to the water lines and I could make sure there were no leaks and the ice maker was working.

Refrigerator installation

No notification within 30 minutes of anticipated arrival as promised. Installers simply appeared at my door. No explanation of operation of refrigerator. Installers were not personable and effort was the minimum needed to complete installation in order for refrigerator to be ready to use.
