A day before delivery they cancelled the order. No explanation. When I called the 1800 number and escalated they could not figure out what happened. Had theories. Inventory management within Bestbuy becomes customer problem when things go south. First attempt on delivery was horrendous. No one called. Ours was new house and still not occupied. We specifically were told that delivery drivers would call. They did not and rescheduled stating no one was home. After 3 weeks of churn 4 emails and several calls to the 1800 number, delivered and installed. All this for a best buy plus member.
