Total disappointment They SUCK

First they came and asked to use my tape measure. Then they said they could not install to a plastic line, when I pointed out to them the line coming from the fridge is itself plastic so I didn’t make sense to me what they were saying. Then he said he wasn’t taking the old fridge, I said I paid for a removal and he said it was on his sheet. I then had to show him that I paid for a removal and he was taking the old fridge. He then agreed and took the old fridge . They bought in the new fridge never removed any of the plastic wrapping which was everywhere on the shelving on trays they didn’t even plug in the the new fridge to see if it worked. I won’t even talk about the language Barrier.

BAD delivery and pickup

My frig was delivered on time, but the handles were installed upside down and when I tried to get them corrected I was told that's how it goes. Also, I paid to have my old frig hauled off, but the guy told me he didn't have any room to take in on the truck and would call someone to come back. I saw him key something in his pad to maybe schedule someone out...I don't know. Soooo it has been since Nov 27 and it is now Jan 14.
