great refrigerator at a great price it was on sale and arrived on time installed perfectly for my basement.

Install went great...the 2nd time. First time was a disaster, so had to be replaced and new install. Second crew was great! Also had repairs from first install, but Best Buy got it taken care of very efficiently.

Didn't bother with installing a waterline/icemaker hose, I guess we had to pay the $100+ installation option just so we can get a $10 hose connected. We knew we had everything all set up and didn't need a complicated install for the ice maker so when I read the "Free Service" is for "installation and connection to existing waterline..." I selected it. I expected that they would provide the full service and install such an easy part. But had to go to a nearby home depot and do it ourselves and luckily guessed the right thread size. Still appreciate the delivery though. This is just something on best buy's part where they need to call in advance to walk us through any prep we need to do on our part and if we need to upgrade our install service for a "full service" for these unspoken situations.

We had a flawless install of our new refrigerator. The water supply line was connected properly and I have been enjoying my automatically filled water pitcher and ice ever since!

My refrigerators ice maker and water dispenser is not working at all. We also have to lift the drawer for it to close. Other than that, it’s a good fridge.

Installation can sometimes ruin the memory of buying a great product, but in this case, the installers did a bang up job. They were friendly, courteous, professional and were in and out in no time flat. It was a great experience to end a satisfactory purchase.

The delivery and installation of my refrigerator went very smoothly. Professional installers all the way! Called before arriving which made timing much easier. I would recommend Best Buy as a great place to purchase & receive quality appliances.

The delivery guy said the refrigerator door couldn't be switch to open in the other direction because I hadn't informed Best Buy when making the purchase. So I skipped that option and have adjusted to the new orientation, which is fine.

It took no more than 15 to install it. Excellent product.

I had some issues with the first delivery, the delivery person called two hours ahead of the delivery window saying they had a cancellation if I could accept the delivery at that time. I could not accept it two hours early, I wasn't home. Then when the actual delivery window came and went I never got a call or my fridge. I called and was told he tried to deliver it one hour into the delivery window but I wasn't home - but I was. The driver never called or anything. Luckily enough I was able to reschedule for a week and a half later, which is along time with no refrigerator. The second attempt went as it should, driver was on time and delivery was smooth. A little rough but ultimately they came through.

There was initially some confusion over this service, which was frustrating but best buy did make right. Long story short I made absolutely sure via live chat the service would be done upon install, when the guys got here they had no orders to do it nor time allowed to do it. The customer service guy was very accomodating and once I explained the situation he scheduled them to come back the next week at no extra charge. The two men who came to do the install were very nice and efficient installing the ice maker. The only problem is, we didnt realize til the next day... they didn't turn the water line on! Since we already had a water line going to the back of the fridge which made their job suped quick, you would think that step wouldn't be neglected, or at least tell us that part was our responsibility? But, thankfully my husband noticed the next day when we still didn't have ice and within an hour we had ice. Overall, the individual people were nice and wanted to be helpful, but its a big company and it seemed like the right hand didn't know what the left was doing most of the time.

The two installers for my new LG refrigerator were absolutely outstanding! Removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one was a complex job given our kitchen is on the second floor of our home. The installers were persistent, diligent, and focused on completing a quality job. Truly exceptional effort!

The delivery and installation of my new fridge was a complete success. The installers took their time bringing it into my house, installed it in a timely fashion, wiped it down and made sure that my kitchen was in same clean condition as they found it. TOP NOTCH SERVICE.

The guy that installed my refrigerator was so professional. He had a checklist, took photos, asked me if I had any questions. The installation was done quickly and I watched him double check it. the only thing i found frustrating is that he didn't install the door shelves or drawers. I was able to do this but it was very confusing on how they went in.

Excellent installation service. Eugene and Christopher were very friendly and professional. Cleaned-up all the packing material before they left!
