Again didn't have proper parts

Poor service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it in put at opening would not hook up to water lines said they weren't allowed to do any hookups ,that was part of the service that is on thier ordering site.my 69 year old husband had to get down on floor and hook up to already run lines Very disappointed in service we got,they did push it to the wall ,took 2 grown men to do that!!i was going to get thier service plan but my i wouldnt want my husband to have to fix it to

Nightmare delivery experience

Had to reschedule contractor until remaining appliances delivered. Could not get information about non-delivery nor information about whether the appliances were even available and when they would be delivered. Customer service ("case manager") was rude, unresponsive and dismissive; she did not follow up until another issue arose, which was a delivery of the missing items, but failure of the delivery personnel to pick up items that were to be returned. Still waiting for pick up
