Did not get to have an experience with this service

nice to have some one that kn what there doing in this on hands job

If anything happens to my freezer its nice to know ill be cover

Installers were completely unprepared even though I was told the refrigerator would fit through my doorway & I told the guy that called the day prior. They wouldn't even try to get it in my kitchen & left it in my dining room after trying to talk me into ordering a smaller refrigerator or a smaller one & a little one to put beside it...dumb! Anyway, 30 minutes later my son had it in the kitchen & installed.

The delivery men were very knowledgeable, courteous and clean.

I always get my appliances from best buy because is very convenient. This time i had very bad experience and will make me think twice to buy again from them. First my delivery date was rescheduled few times most of the time last minute because the fridge was not in storage and didn't arrive in the warehouse...second after installation had no water and ice coming out. Two times had technician came to check and can't figure it out so i was told to call a plumber. Plumber came and found out that from the installation they squished the metal connection on the back so water can't pass through and had to replace it. So after all i had to pay the plumber for a job that should be done by best buy "professionals".

They did a great job connecting to waterline- would definitely recommend!

Delivery was on time guys were pleasant and very professional

This was replace same model that was very loud while running. This one is very quiet but the ice maker jams alot

The service person Curt was great! However initially thinking he corrected the issue with the “Brand New LG refrigerator” the issue continues to persist. Buying a brand new $3k refrigerator and having issues with it right off the back is frustrating!! Not only do I still have issues with the refrigerator, early on I had issue with the constant delivery dates being push back only to find out that Beat Buy was pushing the date back for the delivery because they misplaced the refrigerator in their warehouse.. I had to take off work four times because of the delivery or tech repair time of 7am-7pm. So I made a compliant with corporate and the only thing they could offer me was $300 gift card. What!!!

Delivery was fast and the people delivering was friendly and great

They install my waterline for my water/ice maker. Very clean setup

This waterline product is long enough to get to the water faucet it's good
