Can I get my tools back please?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Delivery service was on-time and did a great job getting the fridge into the house safely. Unfortunately due to tight clearances along the way, the doors and drawers had to be removed. Apparently they did not show up with the necessary tools so I lent them an 8mm socket so they could remove the door. Even with the manufacturer's instructions, they were unable to figure out how to disassemble the fridge to fit it through the gap. I ended up signing for the fridge and finishing the installation myself, but not before they insisted on reassembling the entire fridge and leaving it in my living room. After reassembling, they packed up, cleaned up and left. With my 8mm socket. Can I get my tools back please? Uncool.

They can’t deliver

Trrrible service, total lack of communications. And I think I know why. Even thought I bought a major appliance from you, not the only thing I’ve bought from you, you can’t even be gracious enough to to us my first and last name!!!!! Calling me by my last name is disrespectful and I will never do business with you again.
