The Bestbuy personnel were timely and efficient in installing the fridge.

The guys that delivered this spoke little or no English. They refused to remove the packing and tape from this inside of the fridge, did not level it, and broke the left leveling wheel in the process. They also left greasy black fingerprints all over the fridge. I requested a return/replacement which is going to take 6 weeks. Also for some reason my Protection Plan got cancelled on this in the process even though I am a Total Member and pay an extra $200 for that "privilege". I contacted Customer Service through chat about the protection plan but it is still not fixed. Oh, I like the fridge if they can get me one that's not broken and with the Protection Plan intact.

The service may be fine but I’ll never know. Best Buy’s deliverymen left my refrigerator in my garage due to us not having the correct shutoff valve in place for the water line installation. Don’t ask me why they couldn’t bring it into the kitchen. They apparently aren’t allowed to do so, if they can’t install the line at the same time - not even if our handyman has detached our waterline from the old refrigerator. The incredible red tape became so complicated that two more “service dates” to get the fridge from the garage into our kitchen failed even though the Best Buy guys showed up the two extra times. They always found reasons not to move the fridge into our kitchen. I finally called movers to move the fridge into,the kitchen - after it sitting in our garage for almost a month! At that point, I had absolutely zero confidence in Best Buy to connect the water line. My family doesn’t use ice regularly and I can make some with ice cube trays if needed. If you use this service, make sure you have a metal water line and a metal refrigerator water shutoff valve with the valve six feet or less from the fridge, or you too may find yourself in Best Buy’s refrigerator installation Twilight Zone.

I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with the customer service given by Best Buy. I ordered AMANA refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove on May 24 with expecting a delivery date for all items on July 18. I received an email stating that my stove would be delayed after asking multiple representatives if the rest of my order would still be delivered on July 18 and all of them telling me it would - the day before expected delivery date your representative called to reschedule my stove after confirming the rest of my order would still come the following day he rescheduled my stove and also the rest of my items. So nothing was delivered on July 18th... my fridge , microwave and dishwasher was rescheduled for the following Wednesday and stove scheduled for Aug 12. A couple days before expected delivery for my stove I got another email stating my stove would be delayed - I contacted a representative that said he would reschedule my delivery for Aug 14 - I received an email confirmation for said delivery date.. the hours later got another email stating my stove had no set appointment. So here it is Aug 17 and I still do not have my stove - I am extremely frustrated with your company and lack of customer service. I know need my stove RESCHEDULED AGAIN and also need compensation for all of the troubles. Someone please contact me about this ASAP. Thank you.
