The men that installed the refrigerator and stove were friendly and knew what they were doing. Quick and easy installation.

We have an old house and the crew went above and beyond getting new fridge in through the back door removing the doors on the fridge and rebuilding in the kitchen. Thanks!

The last team of installers were much more responsive and expert in getting the Refrigerator through the doorway. The first team used all lamed excuses and wrong measurement to not install our purchased and paid Refrigerator then we had to rescheduled twice but still got "NO SHOW" TWICE! Even after we escalated this incident to Best Buy Management and Appliance Resolution team, we got NO SHOW.NO.CALL.both times! After the final delivery and installation the freezer door does not shut completely - needing adjustment

Samsung Bespoke side by side-Love the fridge! Makes lots of ice. Three doors are so easy to get what I need. Sleek looking and easy to open even without handles. Easy to keep clean.

The 2 gentlemen that installed the refrigerator were polite and professional. The did the install and took the old refrigerator and were out of the house in about 30min.

I gave it three stars because there was a serious communication error and the water line never got hooked up. Now we have a refrigerator with the potential to have water and ice, but at the last minute I was told I'd have to have a plumber come out and hook it the rest of the way up. Sad, if only I was made aware of this before the install. Otherwise it's a great refrigerator and we are happy with it.

The delivery and installation were very well done. I was updated on the timing of the delivery, the team was efficient, polite, and very careful with the item and with moving it into the house. Very well done

Delivery was as expected. They were on time and called to let me know when they were close to arrival. My fridge had a dent in it when they took it out of the packing box and they wrote it up for me and advise me of the steps to handle the issue. No complaints!

Our new refrigerator fit perfectly into old one’s space. New one is so much bigger and more efficient than old side-by-side. I like the roomy freezer on bottom and room in both doors. Installers were very careful and efficient in their work. We are enjoying our new fridge!!
