FREE INSTALATION DOES NOT INCLUDE PRODUCT WORKING
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The men who delivered my new appliance would not hook up the water line I HAD THEY SAID I NEEDED A SHUTOFF VALVE ON THE WALL. SINCE MY SHUTOFF WAS LOCATED AT THE OTHER END OF THE LINE SO I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO HOOK UP MY WATER AND WHEN THAT WAS DONE A LINE IN THE SYSTEM WAS LEAKING AND I HAD TO CALL WHIRLPOOL TO REPAIR THE LINE BEFORE I COULD USE THE WATER.

BEWARE OF BEST BUY DELIVERY CONTRACTORS.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.worst service ever its been 6 times out of which delivery people didn't show up every time i talked to total tech rep i talked to they assured me it was on the way.one time they brought the refrigerator with no Install or relocation on their order i called best buy and delivery guy told him they won't do it if it's not on their manifesto but they will make you wait 12 hrs. and won't show up.6th time they brought the fridge wrapped in plastic which was someone's reject with broken water line, delivery guy said i have to keep it because they will have to get approval to put my old refrigerator back. Best buy will call and replace it and they left with no water line. BestBuy reschedule it for coming Thursday OfCourse no showed up every time i called to check on it i was told they are on the way after their arriving window.ill
