Courteous installer took care of hook up for water line

This is a no brainer if your fridge is capable of producing ice.

Wasn't able to use. Returned the kit. The length was too short.

Installation was done quickly and professionally by delivery guy.

Easy to setup and easy to use. Like the small size for travel.

The delivery men could not instal the water line becasues my house is 20 years old and the new line had to be connected to the water pipe in the basement. I turned the Fridge on and had it in the middle of the kitchen until I could get a plumber to remove the old line and install the new one. I did get upset when the delivery person told me he was unable to do the water line. He told me not to use that tone of voice with him. I signed the paper work, noted they could not do the water line and asked them to leave

Purchased a stand up freezer from Best Buy that was to be delivered and installed. When the delivery service arrived two guys unloaded and asked where it was going. I promptly showed them and they hand trucked it over and dropped off where I asked and took a quick picture and started to leave. At that point I said, are you going to unpack and install. The short rude guy shoved his work order in my face and said "drop off." I said "no, my receipt clearly stats delivery and install." He once again said, "no, drop off only." At that point I told him to take it back then I don't want it. Then he got very mad and took the freezer to the driveway and started unpacking while speaking Spanish to his partner. I understood most of what he said and all I can say is that Best Buy should fire this guy on the spot. He was rude, disrespectful and should not in any way representing any respectable company. I called two times to complain and all I get is customer service and was told I need to go to the store if I want to file a formal complaint. Nope, next time I'll just go to Costco.

Connection to Existing Waterline was done. Ice maker making ice.

Connection/set up by the delivery guys went well. No complaints.

DID NOT INSTALL ANYTHING! Ended up having to install and level ourselves! They left a mess everywhere and we were the first appt at 7am!!!

Asked for this service so I won’t have to hook up myself :)
