The delivery company/team was extremely professional/knowledgeable and polite. They did an excellent job bringing/installing my fridge on a 2nd Floor. ABSOLUTELY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I ordered the same fridge/size from a different store before and when the delivery company/team arrived they were very rude/unprofessional and refused to bring it inside canceling the order. However, BEST BUY and their delivery company/team did an exceptional job. I was very pleased with their customer service and would be definitely getting all my purchases from them. I would definitely recommend Best Buy and their team!!!

Totally losing confidence in LG kitchen appliances we bought 18 months ago as we continue to have issues with the French door refrigerator. Already replaced it twice under the Best Buy membership for cooling and door alignment issues. Had to replace the craft ice maker on the 3rd unit and now have a new humming noise that has developed one month out of warranty that no one can fix anyway. LG support ( a robot, I think) has concluded the noise is normal. Other issues with the microwave and range also. My bottom line is this. LG is junk, expensive junk. Don’t buy LG.

Jason and his crew were on time, very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job and tested all the components before leaving to make sure that everything was working as it should.

The two gentlemen who worked to install my new fridge and remove the old one came and did the job they were paid to do quickly and efficiently with satisfactory results. I Even had some trouble at first with my doorway being 1-3 inches too short and they worked to remedy it as quick as they could and get everything in and out still without needing to come back a second time!

The installers were very professional and capable. They made sure we were pleased bfore leaving.

It took four hour long phone calls and one visit to the store to talk to the manager before the installation were completed. Best Buy customer service/geek squad representatives were inconsistent, I talked to a different person all the time and they messed up the services I paid from even when I just bought the product. It took almost a month before the appliance was properly installed, of course not without painstaking efforts. I’m very disappointed the way Best Buy handled this delivery and installation. Considering I bought most of my appliances from you. Fortunately, the last service installation did a good job of it.

We needed a full size fridge for our garage. We bought the Insignia brand, and couldn't be happier. From the sales person, to the delivery guys--EXCELLENT!!!

I love the good amount of space of my GE fridge. Gets food nice and cold. Very roomy top freezer also. However the fridge is noisy as it runs through its cycles.

I was very happy with the work of the two men who delivered and installed my new refrigerator. They had the old one out and the new one installed in very quick order. They explained the features of the new refrigerator and answered my questions. It was a great experience.

The 2 fellas arrived on time and removed the old refrigerator and installed the new one in just a few minutes. We were very pleased with the work they did.

We were not going to spend the funds to install, but we were glad that we did. These geeks were great! They brought the new fridge in and hauled the old one away. They had to take the front door off it’s hinges to be able to get the new fridge in the house. They took the fridge out of the box and put the door handles on, installed the shelves and drawers, pealed away all of the plastic, removed all of the shipping materials along with a ton of tape. These guys even took time the adjust the doors so that they lined up and finally they literally had to stand on the heads to adjust and level the fridge. Both guys were very professional and took time to answer all of our questions. We were exceptionally pleased with their work. Great Job Geek Squad!!!

Given that my installation email gave me a range of times wherein the refrigerator would arrive, I expected the worst. Instead, I got a call before delivery to narrow down the time, which was great. Upon arrival, the installers did a great job of removing the old unit and bringing in the replacement. In and out without much trouble, which I really appreciated.

The refrigerator is big and holds a ton of food and beverages! The installers were very helpful and did a great job and took care on the install!

They installed a refrigerator in my laundry room. The gentleman that came were very courteous. We had to remove a patio door. They did an awesome job, taking it out and putting it back in.

My husband and I were looking to replace the Whirlpool fridge that was in our place when we bought it. We did a ton of research because we hated the fridge we had; the ice machine hadn’t worked in a few years, the freezer was entirely frosted over making it virtually unusable and regardless of what we did with the water filter it took forever to get a cup of water. Some of the bad reviews of this Samsung scared me, but the great reviews outnumbered them. We also came to the conclusion that none of the big appliance companies have the ice/water situation perfected (similar negative reviews existed for all the brands no matter how high end). We’ve had this fridge for about a month and so far it’s a dream. I can get ice and water easily. We can buy frozen food and freeze things again. The most basic things feel luxurious because our last fridge was so dysfunctional. It also feels more spacious than our last fridge despite the fact they’re relatively the same size. Obviously it’s only been a month, but we’re very happy with our decision.
