It took three times to your people to try to install the refrigerator and they didn't have a clue on how to change the old one pass it through the kitchen door (they said that they need 4 men to do the job) I had to find al local instalator to help them to finally install it. It took me a lot of wasted time speaking through international telephone calls and also it cost to me $250 paid to the woman that carries the cleaning of the apartment to open the door to you tecnitians plus $180 to the local instalator. I would very much like a reinbursment of money at least to cover my expenses
