The hookup went fine. Had the kit and the guys knew what to do to the water line that was from the old unit.

It was difficult to organize a chest freezer and I found food on the bottom was never getting used. This freezer allows me to have a shelf for each food, chicken, beef, fish, all on their own shelfs. This freezer has more cubic feet, but takes up less floor space. Perfect.

The installation team showed up bright and early way ahead of schedule. We were so glad when they arrived and quickly got to work. Installation went without a single issue and they were happy to give us a hand.

It is amazing how quickly the delivery personnel worked to remove my old refrigerator and install the new. They were very careful with my home and even took my front door off to keep from damaging anything. The whole delivery took less than an hour and has been working great!

An easy installation -- didn't take long. The waterline connect and the electric plug-in is all that it took. The four door handles seemed to snap in place by the delivery technician. had ice in about 5 hours.

The two installers were very professional. After a discussion about whether the refrigerator would fit in the opening in the cabinets, they were able to fit it in. They make sure I understood the features of this refrigerator.

All they had to do was plug it in but they actually did a little more. They placed it so that there was space around it for the fans. They also explained to give it a few hours before trying to use it.
