Fast delivery quick install overall great experience

The 2 guys that brought the refrigerator were amiable and still professional, asked where and how I wanted it. did as little and as much as I wanted them to, were very helpful and efficient. Really acted like they cared about my home and new appliance.

Bought a few months ago, and we've had no issues so far. Does what it's supposed to do. The water coming out of it had a synthetic plasticky taste for about a week and then cleared up. Seems quiet enough, haven't noticed it. We haven't used the decorative ice feature, yet.

Great machine and quick, easy, and professional intallation

When my delivery/installer brought my new Samsung 3 door fridge inside and unpacked it, he found that Samsung's quality control dept had missed the fact that the interior shelves had NO SCREWS holding them up! He was immediately on the phone to Best Buy getting them to order a new replacement for me and indicated the warehouse needed to be sure everything was as it was supposed to be before he delivered the new one. He left the broken one as a loaner since I had no fridge at all and allowed me to have some kind of fridge until the replacement could be delivered in another week. He understood what "customer service" actually means! That's rare these days.

We enjoy the increased capacity of the fridge and the ability to fully customize the middle drawer from fridge to freezer. The craft ice balls last longer than regular cubes.

The Best Buy delivery personnel were friendly, professional and efficient. I would recommend this team to anyone. I should note that there was no water hookup required - just removal of the old frig and placement of the new frig.

The guys that delivered and installed our new refrigerator were wonderful. They were very careful bringing it in and moving out the old one. They actually moved it into our garage and hauled off the REALLY old one in the garage. They were very friendly and made sure we understood everything and that all was working well. Thanks a bunch, Best Buy!!

Bought a home that was in need of an upgrade. Best Buy is one of my favorite stores to shop. I have had excellent service with them and love the service guarantees. I would recommend them everytime. I use them often.

The gentlemen who installed my freezer were on time,polite, and very fast. My freezer was ready to be used by the late afternoon of the day I got it.

I have a narrow winding staircase to the second floor, destination on this refrigerator. It didn't fit through, but I appreciate the kindness of everyone to help us select a model that will.❤

Removed the water line from my old refrigerator and connected to the new refrigerator. Did not need the water line kit that I ordered. I was not refunded for the water line kit that was NEVER actually received either. So, this installment actually cost me the price for the water line. It was properly Installed so no complaints in that area.

The delivery people were very polite, the were accommodating and well informed.

The installation crew was very careful and caring on the unit they brought in. They even went through the basics of the refrigerator. The water didn’t work immediately but figured it out that the hose was being pinched. They fixed it!! Great Service!
