Very disappointed!!

Once it was through and installed, there is a dent on the bottom drawer. We were told that we had to get the door frame repaired ourselves and then send their insurance company the bill. We have tried calling numerous places to get this repaired with no luck. Finally called the manufacturer and ordered the part from them. The biggest issue was that it took a few weeks to get through and the fact that we had to do all the aggravation and calling all over the place when they were the ones who broke the (brand new) door! It was extremely frustrating! Also, we still have the dent in the bottom of the new refrigerator and every time I call about it they give us the runaround! This refrigerator was almost $4,000! I’m frustrated because Best Buy should stand behind their product and haven’t done so!

Lousy Delivery & Install/No Help From Geek Squad

The installation person left the water hose loose and subsequently flooded our kitchen with water dripping into the basement. At the time we didn't know what was happening. We called Geek Squad right away and they couldn't send anyone until the following week. We hired and paid a plumber who fixed it the same day. Free delivery and don't mean anything when customers are treated this way.
